How do I place a custom cookie order?
Please complete an inquiry form located under the “Order Custom Cookies” tab.
Do you do rush orders?
I will not accept any order less than 2 weeks away from the event. Because I plan the cookies and send a mock-up design to the customer, I need 2 weeks minimum to successfully design and create an custom order.
How long do the cookies last?
Heat-sealed cookies last up to a week but are always softest the sooner they are eaten. They can last longer if the freezer method is utilized (see below).
Can I keep the cookies in the refridgerator?
NO! Please don't ever put the cookies in the fridge as this will make them hard and crunchy and will ruin the texture. You CAN put them in the freezer, however (See below)
How can I store cookies in the freezer and for how long?
Cookies can easily be frozen and thawed and will maintain the same softness as when they went in! I have done this tried and true method myself for my own children's birthday parties. The steps are:
1) Freeze the heat-sealed cookies in a air-tight container
2) Take the container out 8-12 hours before the event to thaw (so overnight works). Do NOT remove the lid during this thawing process - the condensation will ruin the cookie designs.
3) After a minimum of 8-10 hours, open up the lid and your cookies are good to go!
*Cookies can be frozen for up to a month and maintain their freshness
Do your cookies taste as good as they look?
As all of my customers tell me, yes! JazzyCookies are soft-bite vanilla sugar cookies. The icing has a slight crunch to it.
Where do I pick up the cookies?
All cookie pick-ups are located in Diamond Bar, 91765. I do contactless pick up where we pre-determine a day/time for pick up and I have your order ready to go on my cookie pick up table. Delivery is not an option.
How do I pay for my order?
I currently accept Zelle and Apple Cash.
How far in advance can I book?
I only accept order as far as 2 months out. As always, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the order total is required to reserve a day.
If I order a 3/4/5+ dozen, do you offer a discount?
No, I do not. Regardless the amount of dozen you order, each cookie is hand decorated over a multi-day process so the pricing remains the same.
How do I know when holiday pre-sales are available?
